Booking

• You will receive a quote will all taxes and fees included.
• Reply to the quote stating that you would like to book your dates.
• You will receive a rental agreement. Fill-in the missing information and email it back to me.
• A refundable security deposit of $250 USD is due.

Prior to Your trip

• The full rental payment is due 1 week prior to your check-in date.
• Once the payment is received you will be given a password for the Guest Area.
• The Guest Area includes directions to the house, check-in instructions, and general information about the house.

Arrival

• Upon arrival you will proceed directly to Emerald Island, no rental offices, no waiting.
• You will be given a gate code to enter Emerald Island.
• The house keys are located in a lock box at the front door of the house. You will have a code to retreive the key.

Departure

• At check-out just return the keys to the lock box, lock the door and leave.
• The house will be inspected by my property manager. After the inspection I will return you security deposit.
