Payment

A security deposit is required upon booking.

The security deposit is in addition to the rental amount.

The security deposit is held until after your stay.

If no damages are found your deposit will be returned, generally within 10 days.

Full payment is due by 7 days prior to check-in date.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in is 4pm

Check-out is 10am

Times are strictly enforced by the management company.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible in limited cases.

After you make a rental inquiry, you will receive a quote.

If you decide to book the dates, you will receive a rental agreement

Fill-out the agreement, and email it back.

At this time your security deposit is due.

Approximately 2 weeks prior to arrival, you will recive a reminder.

Once full payment is made, you will have access to the full address, directions, and check-in instructions.

Generally you will proceed directly to my home.

You will have all the necessary gate and key codes for the house.

You will be required to contact the management company within 24 hours to officially check-in.

Turn off the air conditioning

Return the key to its proper place and lock the doors.

Dispose of all trash.

The house is inspected, and your security deposit will be returned.
