Emerald Island Resort is located about 1 mile from highway 192 between markers 4 and 5. The markers are approximately 1 mile apart and help locate attractions & restaurants along the 192 (the markers start at 1 and run to 15 in a west to east direction). The 192 can be entered from the West using HW27 or from the East via the I4 at Exit 64b. The resort is located on the east side of Funie Steed Road.

From the Airport via Route 417 (best route)

Take the South Exit out of the airport to Route 417 South (towards Tampa/Walt Disney World).
Take the US-192 Exit 2, keep following signs to Route 192 West.
Turn left onto Route 192 West.
On Rt 192 around mile marker 5, look for the intersection of Formosa Gardens Blvd.
At the light, take a left onto Formosa Gardens
Follow Formosa Gardens for about 1 mile (you will see a white wall on the right).
At the Stop sign, take a right onto Funie Steed Road.
After you go under the Route 427 overpass, look for the entrance to Emerald Island on the left.
Turn left into Emerald Island at the Dolphin Fountain.

From the Airport via Route 4 (easiest route)

Follow airport signs to Route 528, and take Rt 528 West ramp.
Take the right fork towards I-4/International Drive/Route 528 West.
Take the exit onto I-4 towards Tampa/Walt Disney World.
Take exit 64b to US-192 West.
On Rt 192 around mile marker 5, look for the intersection of Formosa Gardens Blvd.

From Route 192 to Emerald Island

Around mile marker 5, look for Formosa Gardens Blvd. Coming from the West, it will be a right turn at the light. Coming from the East, it will be a left at the light.
Follow Formosa Gardens for about 1 mile (follow the white wall on the right).
